The One World UNFCCC Calculator

We are very grateful to the secretariat of the United Nations Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) for their help in providing us with a calculator that helps schools begin to measure their carbon footprint.   The UNFCCC calculator is helpful in that it provides a country specific adjustment factor that enables us to share this calculator across the world.

This calculator is intended to provide you with an initial estimate of your GHG emissions.  To facilitate your use of this calculator we only ask that you provide the two principal inputs that generally make up about 80% to 90% of GHG emissions.

Input #1:  Electricity Usage over the 12 month period being measured.
This metric comes in kwh.

Input #2  Heating Usage over the 12 month period being measured.
Heating measurements can be a bit tricky.   Our calculator can input Therms or MCF  (thousand cubic feet).

If you have difficulty inputting any of these measure please contact us at admin@oneworlduv.com    We are here to help and facilitate this process.
